Inspection Summary:
On November 10, 2022, Division of Water Resources staff Caitlin Caudle completed a site visit for permitting purposes. Mike
Hillard, property owner, was present during the entire visit.
A copy of the last inspection letter and inspection report were hand delivered.
The location of the septic tank, sand filters, chlorine contact chamber, and storage tank were marked. The location of the
spray field was marked. See site map for the system layout.
Mr. Hillard stated that the third spray head was repaired and they are planning to replace the irrigation pump soon. Mr.
Hillard stated that they will be hiring a septic company to care for the system soon.
