List the total estimated linear feet of all existing streams on the property: 0 4h. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: * The wetland impact #1 is to construct a driveway crossing for necessary ingress and egress to proposed residential structures; and impact #2 is to construct necessary attendant features such as road and driveway crossings, residential construction, stormwater management. 4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used: * The overall project is construction of the second phase of 94 townhome units with associated residential infrastructure such as roads, parking, sewer and water lines, cable and electrical lines, stormwater grading, features, and drainage. The siting of the development was done to minimize and avoid significant wetland impacts to the maximum extent practical and to minimize environmental resource impacts. Typical mechanized earth moving equipment such as, excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and dump trucks would be used. Temporary effective sedimentation barriers would be installed to prevent runoff from the development site and would remain until the area is stabilized with a vegetative cover and stormwater control features are operable. Stormwater retention areas and the existing wetlands boundaries limit the upland availability and ability to totally avoid wetland impacts. 5. Jurisdictional Determinations 5a.
