4g. List the total estimated linear feet of all existing streams on the property:

4h. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: *
The wetland impact #1 is to construct a driveway crossing for necessary ingress and egress to proposed residential structures; and impact #2 is to construct necessary attendant features
such as road and driveway crossings, residential construction, stormwater management.
4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used: *
The overall project is construction of the second phase of 94 townhome units with associated residential infrastructure such as roads, parking, sewer and water lines, cable and electrical
lines, stormwater grading, features, and drainage. The siting of the development was done to minimize and avoid significant wetland impacts to the maximum extent practical and to
minimize environmental resource impacts. Typical mechanized earth moving equipment such as, excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and dump trucks would be used. Temporary effective
sedimentation barriers would be installed to prevent runoff from the development site and would remain until the area is stabilized with a vegetative cover and stormwater control features
are operable. Stormwater retention areas and the existing wetlands boundaries limit the upland availability and ability to totally avoid wetland impacts.
5. Jurisdictional Determinations
5a. Have the wetlands or streams been delineated on the property or proposed impact areas?*

6. Future Project Plans
6a. Is this a phased project?*
Yes No
6b. If yes, explain.
This is the second phase of development. The construction and development for this project was divided into smaller, manageable parts for logistical or economic reasons. The roadways
for the first phase were designed to tie into this second phase. Site development plans are attached.
Are any other NWP(s), regional general permit(s), or individual permits(s) used, or intended to be used, to authorize any part of the proposed project or related activity?
No.

la. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project:
The road crossing would be strategically located at the most narrow width of wetland to maximum extent practical and still meet subdivision design
criteria and the design utilizes BMPs. This location is the minimally needed to allow passage of construction equipment and ingress and egress of first
responder vehicles upon occupancy of the development. Please refer to the "Notes" on the Overall Wetlands Map - Sheet 1 of 3 for full measures that
would be employed on site and in the course of development.
