The NCWRC does not have any concerns or new comments on this permit renewal. We still support the brown trout
moratorium.

I haven’t been by this area, but we’d also be supportive of adding some large rocks (if encountered with the road
alignment change) below the lower UT2 pipe; that is if it might help with backwatering/passage. I’d defer to Kevin
though being familiar.
