The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete, Stormwater Management Permit
Authorization to Construct (ATC) Application for the subject project on November 2, 2022. Staff review of the plans and
specifications has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in
Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding ATC Permit No. SWA000171, dated November 14, 2022, for the
construction of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance
and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency
permits that may be required.

The original signed permit package and plans are being mailed to the permittee, Steve Hubrich, at the following address

Reminder: Please be aware that per 15A NCAC 02H .1044(2), the Erosion & Sediment Control (E&SC) permit for this site
cannot be closed out until the as-built stormwater plans for this project are approved by our office.
