Dear Randall,
This letter is an accompaniment to the State Sedimentation & Erosion Control Permit transfer
documents for the lots of the above referenced project and is intended to provide permission for a
secondary party to transfer financial responsibility for the Lots of the currently permitted project.
This is in regards to Lots 29-40, 57-62, 86-99, & 118-122 which were deeded to Adams Homes
AEC, LLC in Deed Book 4106, Page 350 and also to Lots 91-117 which were deeded to Adams
Homes AEC, LLC in Deed Book 4129 Page 505. As such, I offer the following certification:
I, Nolan W. S des President — Nolan Commercial Contractors Inc. hereby
acknowledge and agree that Adams Homes AEC, LLC has my permission to apply for,
have transferred, and take over the Financial Responsibility for the State Sedimentation
& Erosion Control Permit Name: Villa Grande Phase Trvo, Project ID: Pitt-2019-006,
_Lot Numbers 29-40, 57-62, 86-W 91-117,118-122, in Pitt County, NC.
