Bev,
So here is the skinny....
05-1062 - John Dorney came down for a site visit to look at a potential isolated wetland
and I guess nothing was done. What they were showing us did not require a 401 at that time,
DCM issued a LAMA permit 7/15/05. So I guess it is deemed issued.
06-0030 - Peacan Grove dredging - Marine Fisheries is still working with the applicant and
they will be submitting a revised application at some point.
06-1005 Turkey Trap Rd mine pit - Noelle was working on it and I thought that she had
permitted it. I did get some new information in August and 2 was just keeping it to add to
the file, I guess I need to do something andsend you a copy of the additional information.
