It's my understanding that this project needs 41 feet of stream and 0.11 acres of riparian wetlands mitigated now (some
was previously done).
I cannot really tweeze that out of the 2006 DWQ WQC, but Jean Gibby's permit issued yesterday specifically references
it with regards to their recent site inspection and Rocky Mount's carrying out of activities related to a performance
bond. If something is amiss, I'll have to refer you to Jean, but for now I plan to proceed with invoicing based on the
mitigation "leftovers" the COE is requiring.
