Attached is the request form that you will need to complete, we have reviewed our files and the mitigation needed for
Section 4 to come into compliance would be for 41 linear feet of important intermittent streams and 0.11 acre of
riparian wetlands. The mitigation ratio in the permit was 2:1 and that would mean that the payment would need to
cover 82 linear feet of stream and 0.22 acre of riparian wetlands. Just a heads up, EEP typically rounds up to the nearest
quarter of an acre, resulting in 0.25 most likely.
Kelly told me that they meet on Tuesday afternoons to review requests, so if you can get this to her either later today or
very in the morning that would be great. I have briefed her on this situation as it is out of the norm. Should you have any
questions, I will be here today until after 5 and then I will be in the shop all day tomorrow as well. Hopefully, we can
take of this quickly and this part of the project will be in our rear view mirror.
