Eric -- is this something we (BAB) should be getting involved in? EEP has not requested our input in a long time, if ever. Virginia and Cindy -- I am having a very hard time financially justifying this project when there are no prior data showing this stream is impaired, whether chemically or biologically. How can water quality or biological improvements be measured and credited when there is nothing to measure it against? I do not need to see the site, I need to see the prior data. Without any prior data, I recommend this project be delayed until they can provide us with the data showing that the money will be prudently spent with a positive and measurable chemical or biological outcome possible. What would your availability be like for the days that Todd suggested? We are usually on -site 2+ hours and this site is probably within an hour of the lab. If you would like to attend a review of this site, please let me know your availability on December 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12. We will push the comment deadline back to accommodate the site review once we know when it will be.
