Subject: Project 14 -1115 Outer Banks Landscaping
Miss Jenifer:
In reviewing the subject IP there are several things the applicant can do to reduce wetland impacts on this site. All
proposed structures can be moved to the north by moving septic repair area within the horse shoe driveway and
sliding proposed septic drain field area to area of proposed repair field. Proposed house, green houses and metal
building can be move north with metal building adjacent to gravel turnaround eliminating the need of a driveway access
to this structure. Driveway to back of property can be swung around to align with western entrance driveway creating a
straight drive off highway to turnaround at back of property. Proposed stock piles in wetlands can be moved to the west
to be placed along new driveway alignment.
There are numerous other senior, but in short there is room to show avoidance and minimization of wetland impacts on
this project. If you should have any questions please give me a call. Thank you
