Bartholomew Property New Hope Road NBR -RRO- 26 Wake County Dear Mr. Roberts: On June 15, 1998, I met with you at a proposed development near the junction of New Hope Road and South Hall Road in Wake County. At your request, an evaluation was performed to determine whether three (3) features as indicated by a green high lighter on the attached map would require compliance with the Neuse River Buffer requirements. (Please note: these are the only features that I reviewed). Feature # 1, as indicated on the attached map is not a stream and is not subject to the Riparian Buffer Rule. Feature # 2, as indicated on the attached map is a stream and is subject to the Neuse Buffer Rule. Feature # 3, as indicated on the attached map, while it is a stream it is devoid of forest vegetation. Accordingly, feature #3 is not subject to Neuse Buffer Rule. 7.. ,.,],]:a:..... .« .,.......- .i.,....e ..,41. ♦F.o r..ln ,.,...,.,.......a..,J .......1 F .......o... rlihrluc r`r Zone 2 ILINA 27609 9-571-4718 UMER PAPER GOVERNOR BILL'HOLMAN -SECRETARY } „ra. rwc7RK November 27, 2000 Robert Porter M A Engineering Consultants 4600 New Bern Avenue Suite 106 Raleigh, N.
