The Town of Clayton has inspected the above referenced project for completion. The site is
stable and acceptable; therefore, we hereby issue this Letter of Completion. This letter shall be
used as required closeout documentation of both the erosion control plan and permit as it pertains
to the associated NCGO1 permit.
NPDES General Stormwater Permit NCGO1000: This project should have been covered by the
new NPDES General Stormwater Permit NCGO1000 (Construction Activities). You must
terminate the NCGO 1 Certificate of Coverage electronically at the following website: e-NOT
form. A completed Notice of Termination Certification must be uploaded as part of this process.
Please direct questions about the e-NOT form to the Stormwater Program Supervisor of the North
Carolina Department of Environmental Quality's Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land
Resources.
