Attached is a borrow/waste site plan for Parcel 78 that I am sending for courtesy notification. There
are no impacts to jurisdictional features. Please let me know if you have issues accessing the
reclamation plan documents from the link in the email below from Ben. I can send via FTS if
necessary.

I do not have any issues with what Conti has proposed on this parcel.

Good Morning Sean,
Attached is the reclamation plans for Parcel 78, which is a privately own property. The agreement
between Conti and the private owner is for the borrow pit to be dug on the east side of the Bypass,
generate a stockpile for the private owner’s future use on the west side of the Bypass, and once the
stockpile quantity has been achieved, Conti will be able to use the remaining available borrow
quantity for the Bypass. The environmental report and Contract Reclamation Procedures for Parcel
78 are too large to include on this email and can be found on Sharepoint on the following link:

Please distribute to the environmental agencies for their review. Let us know if you need anything
