Dear Mr. Athanas:
On April 19, 1999, I met with you onsite to conduct a site visit of the property involved in the above referenced
project This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBQQO 00 -102.
The features represented on the Wake County Soils and the U8G8 maps were evaluated to determine their subjectivity
to the Neuse buffer Rule. As a result, it was determined that the feature represented on both the U8G6 and the Wake
County (Soils maps at the eastern edge of the property is a stream. This feature is subject to the Neuse River basin:
Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management (Strategy: Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Meal, Administrative
Code T15A:02b.0233 (NCAC 0233).
This letter only addresses the applicability of the Neuse buffer Rules. Thank you for your attention to this matter and
