Dear Mr. Martin:
On April 11, 2000, I conducted a site visit of the features involved in the above
referenced project. It was determined as a result of the site visit that the water channels
present on the property were subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters
Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas,
Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). The subject water channels are
indicated on the attached map. The channel is an annamed tributary to Richland Creek.
This office has assigned the reference number of NBRRO 00 -108 to this project.
