Dear Mr. Ortosky:
On March 7, 2000, I conducted a site visit of the features involved in the above
referenced project. It was determined as a result of the site visit that the water channel
present on the property was subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters
Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas,
Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). The subject water channel and the
is indicated on the attached map. The channel is Little Brier Creek.
This office has assigned the reference number of NBRRO 00 -107 to this project.
