Please be aware that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division of
Water Resources for these and any additional violations of State law. The Asheville Regional Office encourages
you to take all necessary actions to bring your facility into compliance. Please carefully review all operation,
maintenance, and monitoring requirements associated with the permit issued on July 24, 2020. The facility is
required to collect Total Residual Chlorine and pH readings weekly when there is flow through the system.
Additionally, NDMR’s and NDAR’s are to be submitted on or before the last day of the following month.
