Dear Mr. Stancil:
On May 18, 2000,I met with you at the subject property. An evaluation of the stream features were
performed to determine whether the site would require compliance with the Neuse Buffer Rule.This
specific project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO-00-146.
The features represented on the Wake County Soils and the USGS Garner quad maps were
I evaluated to determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. It was determined that there are
A A: three features located on the property that are subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive
Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas,Administrative
a. Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). These features and the required buffer are depicted on the plat
map received by this Office on May 18, 2000.
This letter addresses only those issues involving the riparian area. For information relative to the
