A conversation was held with Mr. Alan Johnson on 10/28/2022, during which the following minor modification
were discussed: the City of Charlotte requested a road realignment after the original issuance of the 401 WQC.
Proposed permanent wetland impacts have changed from 0.001 acre to 0.01 acre and are only occurring within
the existing sewer line right-of-way. Proposed intermittent stream impacts have changed from 257 linear feet to
157 linear feet of permanent impact and 63 linear feet of temporary impact.
