On May 25,2000,I and with you onsite to conduct a site visit of the property i wolved in the above mood project.
This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 00158.
The features represented on the Wake County Boils and the USGB Apex Chad maps were evaluated to determine

'- their subjectivity to the Neese Buffer Rule. As a result,it yeas determined that there are no featuues present on the
8round on the subject property that arc subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management
