Per our phone conversations, attached is a revised cover letter and WIS dated 10/20/22 that
addresses the revisions we discussed. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Stephen, Sophia was able to get signatures on 2 of the 3 ARL letters with no objections. The third
owner said that she and her son will go over it tonight and mail it out tomorrow. As soon as we get
her letter or green card, I will mail you a hard copy of the application and letters. I also want to
give you all an opportunity to review the application to see if you had any revisions, since you just
got your computer up again.
