THE UNDERSIGNED, owner of a subdivision known as Providence,
Section II located in New Hanover County, North Carolina and more
particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a
part hereof, agrees and.certifies as follows:
1. No more than 49&'19 square feet of any lot of Providence
Subdivision, Section II shall- be covered by structures and/or
paved surfaces, including, walkways or patios of brick, stone,
slate or similar materials. This agreement is intended to insure
continued compliance with storm water run off rules adopted by
the State of North Carolina which shall ?-)e a beneficiary of and
entitled to enforce this agreement.
2. At such time as Providence Subdivision, Section II is
submitted to the Declaration of Covenants, and Conditions, and
Restrictions recorded in Book 14Q3 at page 967, of the Office of
the Register of Deeds for New Hanover County, North Carolina, by
an Amendment to Declaration of Covenats, Conditions and
^estrictions, which Amendment shall be recorded in the Office of
the register of Deeds for New Hanover County, North Carolina, the
agreement set forth herein shall be made a wart thereof.
