The property and date of timber sale are as follows: Approximately 45.5 acres of the 73.6 acres recorded in the Franklin County Registry was sold at sealed bid on May 5 , 1999 and closed on June 14, 1999. Based on the materials provided, the Raleigh Regional Office of the Division of Water Quality believes that the proposed logging activities are not required to comply with the requirements of the temporary riparian rule as long as the timber deed listed above remains valid and Forest Practice Guidelines are followed in conjunction with Best Management Practices.
