The information that was received by the Raleigh Regional Office on March 8, 2000 has been reviewed. The
plat map and other information was provided to allow a determination to be made as to whether or not the
site would require compliance with the Neuse Buffer Rule. This specific project is referenced by the Raleigh
Regional Office as NBRRO 00-074.
The features represented on the Wake County Soils and the Raleigh West USCS Clad maps, were
evaluated to determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. It was determined that there are no
features depicted on either of the maps. Therefore, according the Rule, this property is not subject to
the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of
Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:025.0233 (NCAC 0233) .
In addition, this site received a Nationwide Permit No. 26 on September 22, 1995 as part of the Division
of Water Q ality's 401 Certification for the fill onsite. Approval for the stormwater and grading activities
was granted by the Town of Cary based on an extension of the NW 26 Permit on December 22, 1997. These
actions may have allowed the property to have requested vested rights.

building permit application.
5. A copy of the approved Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan and this Permit must be available
onsite at all times.

Dear Sir:
I am pleased to advise that on December 22, 1997, the Director of Development Review,
based on the review and recommendations from the Development Review Committee,
approved the above referenced site plan. This approval specifically allows for the
installation of storm drainage and related grading and erosion control measures on a
portion of property located south of Triple Oak Road and west of Pleasant Grove Church
Road.
Please note that prior to beginning any work you must first obtain:
• A Town of Cary environmental permit, and;
Notify a Town of Cary Site Inspector (Development Review Group) at 460 -4944 that
construction is about to commence
Once the erosion control measures have been installed you will need to obtain a Town
of Cary soil and erosion certificate of compliance.
Unless previously submitted, please submit a master mylar set (reproducible set) of the
approved final plans stamped "FOR CONSTRUCTION." The plans must include all
information as shown on the original drawings, as approved by the Director of
Development Review Please submit the master mylar set (reproducible set) to the
Planner who reviewed the pian. Each plan sheet within the master plan set will be
initialed by staff as approved.. The master plan set will be returned to you.
After you have received the master plan set you will need to provide the Development
Review Group with a Construction Plan Package consisting of any permits that are
required, as indicated above, and eight full sets of plans. Please note that all plans
delivered, or to be picked up, to Town Hall should go to the Permits and Inspection
Group located on the first floor of Building B.
Plan approval becomes null and void if no site work is begun within one year after
approval date. Also, no change can be made to the unless the Town of Cary Department
of Development Services is notified.
