We'll respond with a formal letter within three weeks that we plan on moving forward and respond to the comments. We'll be also responding to comments from the USACE, NCWRC, and the USFWS as the result of the public notice. I just wanted to let you know that Todd St. John and I have teamed up on this one and we had very good pre-application meetings with Kevin Barnett and David Baker prior to submitting the application. I `°!'1 think we incorporated all of Kevin's suggestions.
