Todd, In accordance with 40 CFR 121.12(a) the attached 401 Certification was received October 31,2022 and dated the same by the NC DEQ Division of Water Resources. This decision was for fillimpacts associated with the upgrade of an existing runway at Camp Davis, Onslow County,action ID 2021-01633. This project is being verified under Nationwide 14.
