The total amount due for stipulated penalties is $3,000.00. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 18C 1912,
the legal action which may be taken could result in additional penalties and interest
assessments in addition to the existing penalties. To avoid legal action by the Attorney
General's Office (AGO), you must pay the full amount listed above no later than December
31, 2022. Make checks payable to NC DEQ and include the SOC number on the check[s]
submitted.
