1. EXISTING UNDERGROUND UTILITIES ARE SHOWN ONLY WHERE EVIDENCE COULD BE
FOUND TO VERIFY LOCATION. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OR EXCAVATION OF THE
SITE, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL UTILITY COMPANIES TO
