My thoughts on B6:
Here we are doing a direct sewer replacement of the same size within an existing maintained easement. So would this not
be exempt according to the parallel memo you sent over?
I can agree with you on B8.

Hi Lisa,
Thanks so much for the revised table—that really helps a lot. The only other thing I noticed is that B6 and B8 look like
they'd be "temporary" Zone 1 impacts not "exempt" impacts since actual construction will be occurring. Also, it looks
like none of the Zone 2 impacts will need to be in the Buffer Authorization since they all appear to be "exempt ". Does
that seem correct to you?

Not all the clarification memos that are on our website are in common use, but this one definitely is because parallel
impacts weren't adequately addressed in the Neuse Buffer Rules.
