I received the new plans, but I am still unsure about the impacts. The PCN depicts the impacts as bank stabilization (80
If), but the permit drawings do not show that. The permit drawings call for 118 If of impacts for bents. Can you send
me an updated impact table with a description of the impacts?

Thank you. That will help me out. I'm going to put it on hold until we receive the new set of plans and have a clearer
understanding of what the impacts are.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502 (c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the
proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received within 30 calendar days, of
receipt of this email, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this
project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and the
appropriate fee.

Good Morning Chris:
This morning, I drove by this project and the permit plans provided no longer match the field conditions.

Impact #2 has been installed by a commercial development at the intersection of Russ Ave. and Frazier Street.
As I have already sent the plans and Application to the agencies, I will need updated permit plans removing this impact, I
need a better scale of the impacts at the Impact #1(the bridge) to clearly show the linear feet of impact at the bridge
piers. (It is my understanding that by looking at Dave's notes that we are going to re -use the existing piers and just rip -
rap around the footers for stream scour. Is this still the case?) and a better depiction of the actual impacts at the bridge
piers.
As these plans have already been submitted, and are currently under review, I need these as quickly as possible to make
a complete application package. The timeline on this is critical due to impending let date.
