Attachments with this request. The following documents have been submitted to DWR for Tasks 1,
2, and 3: conservation easement, survey, asbuilt memo, monitoring financial assurances, and asbuilt

VIII. CREDIT RELEASE SCHEDULE FOR EACH BANK PARCEL
A. Upon submittal of all appropriate documentation by the Sponsor, and subsequent approval by
DWR, it is agreed that Nutrient Offset Credits associated with each Bank Parcel will become
available to sell to a third parry in accordance with the Credit Release Schedule in Table 3.0.

implementation may affect the amount of nutrient offset credits that will be generated by the Bank
Parcels.
