completion of Task 3 per the approved credit release schedule, which is included in the Attachments
with this request. The following documents have been previously submitted to DWR for Tasks 1,
2, and 3: conservation easement, survey, Asbuilt memo, monitoring financial assurances and
Asbuilt report. Asbuilt credit table slightly lower than BPDP credit table. Credit release request
adjusted based on Asbuilt credit table. Credits requested for release are detailed below:

VIII. CREDIT RELEASE SCHEDULE
A. Upon submittal of all appropriate documentation by the Sponsor, and subsequent approval
by DWR, it is agreed that Nutrient Offset Credits associated with the Dead Tree Phase A
and Dead Tree Phase B Bank Parcels will become available to sell to a third party in
accordance with the Credit Release Schedule in Table 3.0.

C. Any major deviations to the Bank Parcel that were not authorized in writing by DWR prior
to implementation may affect the amount of nutrient offset credits that will be generated
by the Bank Parcel.
