RE: City of Hendersonville
Judges Tract Sewer Extension
Dear Mr. Heim:
303
NUV " 3 2022
Water Quality Regional Operations
Asheville Regional Office
Please find enclosed a submittal package for the proposed sewer extension to serve a future
development adjacent to Interstate 26. Note this is a zero flow extension as there is not a specific
user identified for the property. The line is being installed in conjunction with a proposed access
road. This is a proposed extension of the City of Hendersonville system.
In addition to the completed fast track application (original and one copy), the following items are
included with this letter:
-application fee of $480.00
-site maps
Note that we have not included a flow tracking form since there is no flow associated with this
application. If you have any questions or need additional information, don't hesitate to contact our
office.
Sincerely,
WGLA Engineering, PLLC
William R. Buie, P.E.
