This letter is in response to your 7-25-22 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

NOV-2022-LV-0499
Per your letter the 7-25-22 sample for Fecal was 43#/100 mL which exceeded the daily
max of 25#/100mL, and TSS of 10.6 mg/L exceeded the daily maximum of 10 mg/L and
monthly average of 5 mg/L with a 7.8 mg/L.

The operator noted the violations occurred during significant rain events and possible
cleaning products entering the system. The operator is using soda ash in flow
equalization chamber to buffer impact of cleaning products.

Per your letter the 7-25-22 sample for Fecal was 70#/100 mL which exceeded the daily
max of 25#/100mL.

The operator noted frogs and mosquito larvae in the final effluent chamber which could
have caused the spike in fecal. The chamber was cleaned out as a result.
