Hi Erin,
We need some clarification to help with our review of this project. In the Stormwater Management Plan, it was stated
that there was not adequate space to accommodate any viable treatment options. Could DOT elaborate on what other
options maybe available to minimize stormwater impacts to Long Creek given the space limitations? And, was the Plan
referring to requirements per DOT's NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit or the Post Construction Stormwater
Program or both?
