Introductions were made by all in attendance. General notes: • Show linear and surface water impacts for Bank stabilization on separate line • Include cross sections with the wetland boundaries for the wetland areas. • Add note and detail for bank stabilization. Permit Sheet 2(Plan Sheet 4) Site 1 has no permanent impacts but note the temporary linear impacts in the summary sheet. Site 12 - In the updated field re-verification stream S 12 was a new JD feature added since 4B meeting. The wetland drawings will be updated to show complete impacts both upstream and downstream. Permit Sheet 4: (Plan Sheet 7) • Site2 - Clarified impacts from culvert noted in summary sheet • Rip rap at outlet will be class II, label will be fiYed. Permit Sheet 6: (Plan Sheet 9) • Site 3- Options for treatment limited by lack of room for Ditches. • MAEC will investigate taking flow from storm system to a separate outlet adjacent to the stream. Permit Sheet 8: (Plan Sheet 10) • Site 4- MAEC will investigate tying storm drain system to ditch upstream of the cross pipe if elevations will permit. Permit Sheet 9: (Plan Sheet 11) • A site # will be added for Mulberry Creek Bridge Crossing to account for bank stabilization that is very close to the NWS. Site will reference as site 13 in summary sheet. Permit Sheet 1 L(Plan Sheet 12) • Site 5- Agreed that site will be considered a total take. • Site 6- Will be shown as a partial take since it appears it will retain its hydrology. • Site 7- In the updated field re-verification more of the channel upstream of the pipe was upgraded to a JS feature. • Site 7— Due to changes the design engineer will also check to make sure pipe is buried. • Site 7- The permanent impacts from pipe and rip rap in the channel upstream of the pipe will be separated on the summary sheet. • Site 8- There are actually 70' of permanent channel impacts (spreadsheet glitch) Permit Sheet 14: (Plan Sheet 14) • Site 9A - MAEC will investigate upsizing the final 12' to 20' of pipe and flattening the pipe grade to help dissipate velocities at pipe outlet. • Update the existing 4'x 3' RCBC in the MicroStation to display better. Permit Sheets 14-15: (Plan Sheetsl4 & 15) • Site 9- MAEC will add letters to site labels in the plan sheets to match what is in the summary sheets. Permit Sheet 17: (Plan Sheet 16) • Site 11- Label the existing rip rap in channel at outlet of existing 60" CMP.
