MIXER TRUCKS
• Mixer Trucks enter the SW Gate
marked with Red rectangles and
red strobes.
• Trucks will queue up for loading.
• Lead truck will be directed by
Plant Manager (PM) to back under
load point.
• PM will verify placement under
plant.
• Driver may exit truck to add water
to tank as/if needed.
• Driver re-enters truck and
proceeds to wash -down and rinses
back of truck / chutes and hopper.
• Driver exits pad and proceeds to
placement site.

SAND DELIVERY
Sand deliveries will be primarily
into the direct sand bin, marked by
Blue rectangles and strobes.
Trucks will turn around upon
arrival and queue along wall at
sand bin. When directed by the
loader operatorthey will pull
forward and back into the bin,
dispensing their load.
When empty, they will leave site.
Stone delivery will be directed to
the appropriate bin by loader
operator. Similar to the sand the
driver then deliver load and leave
the site.

CEMENT & FLY ASH TANKERS
Tankers will wait at gate and
contact plant manager (PM) upon
arrival.
PM will complete loading truck
sending to the washdown area and
hold RM Truck queue.
When directed to proceed, the
tanker driver will go to the North
side of the plant and offload.
When completed the tanker will
proceed around the plant and stop
adjacent to first bin and hold until
cleared by the loader operator to
proceed.

non -vehicular Operating areas.
Pedestrian access is limited to the
North Side walk through gate which
will be maintained closed. Pedestrians
must contact the PM on the phone and
proceed to the batch office as directed.
This phone # will be posted at all gates.

Ash, Admixtures, PM & QC
�• Blue gate — Sand delivery (primary)
Green gate —Stone and extra sand,
tanker and admixture exit path.
