We have received a notice stating we did not submit the proper information for our June 2022
EDMR. After looking into this matter I found that the samples were taken. However, due to
oversight on my part, the information was not reported. This was a mistake due to the fact the
week fell at the end of the month, this caused me to believe the samples had been reported in the
prior month. We have updated the June EDMR to not be correct. We do not intend for this
mistake to reoccur.
My apologies for the error and thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct the mistake.
