Modifications to the subject Attachment are as follows: WQ0023261) as an approved residuals source with an approved annual dry tonnage rate of 110 dry tons per year (DT/yr). Wastewater Reclamation WWTP (Permit No. WQ0029945) as an approved residuals source with an approved annual dry tonnage rate of 35 DT/yr. TP (Permit No. WQ0034367) as an approved residuals source with an approved annual dry tonnage rate of 50 DT/yr. The modified Attachment A shall be effective from the date of certification until June 30, 2027 (i.e., expiration date of the current permit), shall replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0030998 issued May 3, 2021 that was previously certified on April 18, 2022, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, as well as those specified in the above-referenced permit. Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0030998 that was certified on April 18, 2022 with the modified Attachment A. Please note that the Permittee shall submit a renewal application no later than January 1, 2027. If any parts, requirements, or limitations contained in this certification are unacceptable, the Permittee has the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within 30 days following receipt of this permit. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-6714.
