Per comments received during the field verification visits, the following changes were made:
• Stream SU was switched to a linear wetland. WHH was increased from 0.004 Ac to 0.010 Ac. SU (formerly 156 LF
/ 0.006 Ac) was removed.
The attached documents have been updated to reflect the change listed above:
• Figure 5 Wetland and Stream delineation map
• Aquatic Resources Table (PJD Form)
• ORM Sheet (Excel and printed PDF)
Let me know if you need anything else to process the JD request.
I forwarded the required information to the engineers this afternoon to make the permitting changes (S5 impact to
wetland impact and the added bank stabilization areas). I should have the engineering info on Monday and would then
have it to you and Amy by Tuesday or Wednesday next week. If all goes to plan.

David — July 14th works best with July 19th also available. Any time 8:30-3pm works for me.
FYI some of the streams and wetlands lower down the central valley are areas that I would consider dangerous to
access. Specifically around WY it is very sketchy — steep slopes, trees down, rock faces, tall brush, etc. The waters in the
NE corner are about a 20 minute walk/hike from drivable areas. WKK is about as far in as trucks can go.

I have reviewed the after -the -fact NWP 3/39 & PJD requests for the Crabtree Mountian Road Campground project. The
Corps will authorize all the impacts under NWP 39. The JD information looks good, so let's set a date to verify the
delineation. The following dates are open on my schedule:
Thursday July 14
Tuesday July 19
Monday July 25
Let me know what date will work & where to meet at the site.
