The Construction Sequence details the work in the wet vs in the dry- UT1 and Black Creek are intended to be done in the dry (using a pump around), but the Nantahla River is too large to pump around, and will be worked in the wet. The contractor is requested to do as much work from stream banks as possible to eliminate sediment entering the stream. How do we pay the fee?
