Hello all,
Mrs. Donna Smith has sold 4 of her hog houses to Britt Farming, LLC. Please see the attached Change of Ownership form.
Mrs. Smith wishes to have her permit split into 2 portions. The Thomas Smith Farm (31-191), that she retains, will now
be 3,140 head of feeder to finish hogs. The second permit for Britt Farming, LLC which would receive the new permit
number, will consist of 3,520 feeder to finish hogs. The required documentation is attached for each farm. There will be
no increase in the total SSLW. There is an aerial photo in the new farm package that shows the split in the farm where
the ink pen is lying. The 4 houses to the east will be the new permitted facility along with the associated irrigation pulls
10-17.
