1941v2) for completion of Tasks 1 and 7 per the approved credit release schedule, which is included
in the Attachments with this request. The following documents have been submitted to NCDWR for
Task 1 and are pending review: NCDWR approved MBI, NCDWR approved BPDP, Construction
Bond, and recorded Conservation Easement.

VII I. CREDIT RELEASE SCHEDULE
A. In general, upon submittal of all appropriate documentation by the Sponsor, and subsequent
approval by DWR, it is agreed that Riparian Buffer Credits and Nutrient Offset Credits associated
with the Cox Pond, O'Berry Road, and Little River Weaver Bank Parcels will become available for
sale to a third party in accordance with a Credit Release Schedule similarto that which is provided
in Table 3.0 below:
