Discharge Monitoring Reports (eDMRs) were reviewed from September 2021 through August 2022. Daily maximum effluent fecal coliform violations were reported in December 2021 and June 2022. A daily maximum effluent BOD violation was also reported in May 2022. The Division has previously addressed these limit violations through the issuances of either Notice of Violations (NOVs) or NOV/civil penalty assessments. If effluent samples are collected and analyzed at different locations then the ORC and staff must ensure that the collection and analysis times are documented to verify compliance with the 15-minute holding time requirement (Reference: 40 CFR 136.3, Table Ill Laboratory Are field parameters performed by certified personnel or laboratory?
