Treatment, LLC (P.O. Box 2479,

requested renewal of NPDES
permit NC0068918 for the Cedar
Hill WWTP in Jackson County.
This permitted facility discharges
treated domestic wastewater to
the Horsepasture River in the
Savannah River Basin.
Currently, ammonia nitrogen,
fecal coliform and total residual
chlorine are water quality limited.
This discharge may affect future
allocations in this segment of
Horsepasture River.
