Per the NCDEQ Annual Self -Assessment reporting standards, please use this formal letter as the
guidance for the Town of Cramerton's 2022 Annual Reporting Submission.
The Town of Cramerton's Stormwater Permit #NCS000449 was audited by NCDEQ on February 23rd�
2022.
The Outcome of the audit was a Notice of Violation all conditions and requirements of the Notice of
Violation have been outline in document NOV-2022-PC-0072.
As of this date, all required documents outlines in NOV-2022-PC-0072 have been submitted as required
and are currently under review. Although an annual report is not required for this year, as an audit has
occurred during the reporting cycle, should you have any questions, need clarification or documentation
while the latest permit is being reviewed do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience. Thank you
for your assistance in ensuring that the quality standards and compliance guidelines for the Town of
Cramerton's MS4 Stormwater Permit are adhered to.
