The Bass Mountain Mitigation Bank is located northeast of the Bass Mountain Rd. and Beale Rd. intersection, near Snow Camp, Alamance County, North Carolina, within the Cape Fear River Basin, Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 03030002. The purpose of this letter is to confirm the release of credits from this Bank upon completion of Task 3, as described in Section Seven, of the Mitigation Banking Instrument (MBI) for this project. Pursuant to the Mitigation Banking Instrument (MBI) entitled, Bass Mountain Stream Mitigation Bank, dated June 2009, ten percent (10 %) of the Bank's total restoration credits shall be available for sale immediately upon completion of all of the following: After the first year, provided the channel is stable and all other success measures are met. By copy of this correspondence, we confirm that you have satisfied the above requirements and 487.4 linear feet of SMUs constituting 10% of the Bank's total restoration credits are now available for sale. To date, 40 percent of the total credits (2,058.3 SMUs) have been released. Our records indicate that 1,570.8 SMUs have been debited from the Bank with a balance of 0.10 remaining.
