POOLE TRACT 1: BEGINNING at a pine by a pine pointer in Black's line, south side of road leading from Philippi Church to Raeford, and runs S 78-30 E 26.40 chains to a stake by three pines; thence S 9 chains; thence W 12 chains to a stake, side of a fence; thence S 8 W 15 chains to a sweetgum on bank of Big Rockfish Creek; thence up the meanders of the Creek to Black's comer; thence as his line N 14 E 25.50 chains to the BEGINNING, containing 60 acres, more or less. Being the same tract of land described as 1st Tract in Deed dated June 9, 1971, from John Scott Poole and wife, Edna Lou B. Poole, to William L. Poole, Jr. and wife, Anne G. TRACT 3: BEGINNING at the run of Little Beaver Creek, a corner of the Archie McGill land and the northwest comer of the Dundee Farm and runs thence South 6 degrees 45 minutes West 2369 feet to a stake; thence South 5 degrees 20 minutes West 555 feet to a stake; thence South 15 degrees 35 minutes West 898 feet to a stake; thence South 13 West 200 feet to a stake with pine pointers; thence South 79 East 841 feet to a stake; thence North 6 degrees 45 minutes East 4190 feet to the run of Little Beaver Creek; thence up the various courses in a westerly direction about 680 feet to the beginning, containing 65.8 acres, more or less. Senter described in Book 106, Page 299, Hoke County Registry and runs S 83-45 E 337 feet to a nail in the center of State Road; thence with the center of the road S 89-00 W 100 feet; thence S 84-00 W 100 feet; thence S 81-00 W 147.5 feet to a nail in the center of the road; thence N 8-00 E 66 feet to the beginning, containing .2 acre. TRACT 6: That certain tract of land containing 119.2 acres, more or less, located in McLauchlan Township Hoke County, North Carolina; and bounded, now or formerly, by natural boundaries and/or in the possession of persons as follows: by Beaver Creek on the north side, by lands of Hendrix on the east side, by other lands of Poole on the south side and by Gatlin lands on the west side; said tract lying approximately five (5) miles east from the City of Raeford and being more specifically described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the run of Little Beaver Creek, T. H. Hunter's northwest corner and runs as his line S 6-45 W 4481 feet to a stake; thence N 79 W 1200 feet to a stake; thence N 6- 45 E 4190 feet to the run of Little Beaver Creek; thence down the various courses in an easterly direction about 1200 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 119.2 acres, more or less. Being the same tract of land described in Deed dated April 7, 1975, from John Scott Poole and wife, Edna Lou Poole, to William L. Poole, Jr. and wife, Anne G. Poole, recorded in Book 185, Page 126 of the Hoke County Registry.
