To answer your questions what is dredge to help for the slip will be used to backfill the wall. It will not be spread across the buffer area. I meant to put 10 ft per tree at Three trees so it would be 30 ft total. We will be doing the work from land. I'll disturb the buffer about 15 ft back from the shoreline all the way across the property just driving on it with the excavator. Let me know if this answers your questions please. Thanks! What do you mean by “what is excavated from the slip area will be used to level the property off within the buffer”? Is this excavated material going to be used to backfill right along the seawall? You can’t spread the excavated soil across the entire buffer. 2. 300 square feet of tree removal seems excessive. Please provide additional information. 3. No temporary construction disturbance has been requested. How much of the buffer will be disturbed during construction? Will you be accessing the shoreline from land or from the lake?
