It is going across the rear of the house and not expanding further into the rear of the property. So it would be 272 sq. ft. The current deck is 16' x 12" and we are using the same footprint for the screened-in porch. We are in Zone2 only. I think there may have been confusion around the Zones. I believe they did not know it was divided into 2 zones. I am attaching the plot plan for your reference with the proposed project. Thanks for the email. To me it looks like screened porch and deck are in Zone 2 of the buffer. It makes a difference because it they’re in Zone 2, no mitigation is required.
